Flexible Drive Agencies cable manufacturing is supported by "IN-HOUSE" capabilities in flexible core fabrication and outer conduit production from both metals and plastic. We have extensive machine shop facilities including CNC turning that enables us to produce a majority of our own components.

Our assembly processes embrace the technologies of mechanical press work, zinc die casting using direct injection and plastic moulding. Other manufacturing processes are engaged in the manufacture of DC solenoids, temperature switches and mechanical fuel gauges.

Flexible Drive Agencies facilities are flexible enough to handle a diverse range of processes and we will consider the manufacture of any product. Our resources are particularly suitable for small to medium size production requirements and batch sizes

To further enhance FDA’s specialist small run capabilities, we are pleased to announce the addition of a Miyano CNC lathe to our computerised engineering capabilities. This lathe allows simultaneous machining of both ends of a job, effectively doubling efficiency. Further to this, the Miyano CNC adds a superior element of precision to jobs, such as fine thread rolling and exacting finished dimensions. For the customer, this means an even better service, and quality second to none.
