POLICY STATMENT Where Quality is a Way of Life

Flexible Drive Agencies aims to maintain its record as a successful profitable company by providing excellent standards of quality in all aspects of its operations.

It recognises that Customers both internal and external are vital and their needs are a principle motivation for our Quality System. Only through recognising this fact can the expectations of Customers, Staff and Shareholders be met.

The Company's Quality Policy demands that:

1. The Customer is the focal point of all we do.

2. A culture of continuous improvement is maintained.

3. Products and services will meet all specified and implied standards of safety, quality, and reliability.

4. Materials, components and services will be sourced from vendors who have a Quality Management System implemented or have demonstrated a like commitment to Quality.

5. Training and encouragement to all staff is provided, to empower them to execute the assigned tasks in a way that ensures the maintenance of quality goals.

6. Manufacturing operations and processes are controlled and meet specified requirements.

7. All quality systems and procedures are audited and reviewed by management, deficiencies are identified, improvements implemented and feed back provided to all interested parties.

8. Documentation is maintained that provides evidence that the quality system is functioning in accordance with our Certified Quality Management System and with the objectives of this policy.

9. There is interdependence between the Quality system and any related Safety and Environmental control systems.
