Datatron Coolant Level Monitor

Available from Flexible Drive Agencies (FDA) the Australian made and designed Coolant Level Monitor effectively monitors coolant levels in all automotive, industrial vehicles and stationary engines.

This great little device has a probe that fits into the radiator, once the coolant level drops below the probe the alarm is activated. Due to a built in anti slosh delay the alarm will not activate when the coolant splashes from one side to another.

The Datatron coolant level monitoring system is a simple, easy to install device that alerts you when the coolant level drops below a critical level.

To aid its effectiveness, you can add a warning LED light as a visible alert, which can be found in most automotive stores for very little cost.

This Quickbinder is twice as fast as traditional ratchet binder’s, it has a three position pawl with “free spin” setting for fast adjustment in either direction.

With its vinyl coated barrels it offers a great grip for fast spinning in the free spin position.

New Detachable Micro Adjust control head

These controls are designed for use in applications where extremely precise settings, such as engine RPM’s, are required. The ‘Red Button’ in the centre of the knob allows for course adjustment. It also doubles as an emergency button, by depressing it you can return the Vernier to idle position in one quick stroke.

The control head offers a full 75mm (3”) stroke and suits our 80 series (8mm casing) and 100 series (10mm casing) cables.

The head can be disconnected from the cable to allow for easy installation of the Vernier simply by removing one nut. This facilitates the easy removal and replacement of the cable should it be damaged or need to be re-routed without the need to remove the head from the control panel.

The black outer portion of the knob is used for fine adjustment with 4mm of travel per rotation. The standard friction knob locks the control, totally eliminating creep. The fully threaded high strength composite body and internal lock ball design provides increased load range and extended plunger life.
