The GREASEMASTER range offers unique filtration to protect both pump and the distribution system from contaminants.

Pump control options: an integral timer offers a fixed 5 minute on time and a choice of 45/10/5 minute off period. The pump can be contorlled by an in-cab computer if fitted.

An optional in-cab unit moitors both secondary filters and pump cycle

System Principal

Greasemaster 2 is purpose designed to provide grease to single line progressive distribution systems. Grease up to NLGI 2 is delivered in pre-determined ratios from blocmaster or monomaster or maximaster distribution blocks. The frequency by which grease is delivered is controlled by the built in timer with the quantity of grease controlled by the adjustable pumping element.

(A) 5 litre reservoir (1.5 US Gallons) can be filled using standard grease cartridges or grease gun with grease up to NLGI-2.
(B) Unique hydrodynamic impellor delivers grease into the pumping chamber to eliminate cavitation.
(C) System protected by 190 bar pressure relief valve.
(D) High powered 12v or 24v motor is reverse polarity protected and protected from over current by auto reset fuse.
(E) Two levels of grease filtration. Primary filter includes visual cycle indicator. All filters can be easily removed, cleaned and replaced.
(F) Pressure blow off valve indicates pump filter blockage.
(G) fully adjustable pumping element offers up to 6cc per minute per element. Up to 4 elements per pump.
