IMPROVEMENTS TO VIRTUALLY EVERY ASPECT OF PERFORMANCE ARE ACHIEVED WITH ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL. The SignaIProT® from Quadrastat gives operators of heavy vehicles all of the improvements to performance that electronic controls provide, in one rugged, compact design. By eliminating all mechanical linkages from the control lever to the injection system, the SignalPro operates more efficiently and reliably than standard mechanical controls. Position sensor signals to the engine control system provide far more precision and better drive ability than cableoperated linkages. This precision also interfaces with the shifting of vehicle transmissions, resulting in better fuel efficiency, lower emissions and less operational wear. The SignalPro uses encapsulated construction with an IP67 rating to protect the sensors from dirt, dust and moisture. The sensor signals are also not affected by extreme heat or cold, providing dependable operation in temperatures from -40°C up to 85°C. A special friction element helps give the SignalPro an operational life of 1 million cycles. The SignalPro is small enough to achieve the best ergonomics in the cab, while ensuring reliable control in the harshest environments. | |
